Interface to retain the use of the steering wheel controls (including phone button) in Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda cars that have quadlock connectors at the back of the radio.
For use on CANbus Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda cars with audio steering wheel control buttons and quadlock connectors at the back of the radio.
This interface provides CANbus ignition to the new radio and speed pulse, reverse gear and handbrake CANbus outputs.
Can be used with Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer and Sony headunits.
An additional 49- series patch lead is required to make the connection to the steering control input of the new head unit.
For Volkswagen vehicles that have original parking sensor display on the radio use part number 49-VW-02
